If I wouldnt have fallen in love with the product at this point already, I would have given the whole thing a hard pass. At the till we had to wait another 15 min or so, which I couldnt understand at all. The saleswoman previously already got out the item I would purchase, including its box.

Different from other reviewers, at least I wasnt required to show my ID to be able to purchase stuff. In summary: I understand and am happy to accept that forced exclusivity is a big thing, but this whole experience just suffered from boasting too much of it. Other luxury brands handle this tradeoff between a sophisticated and yet efficient shopping experience way better. Good thing is that you cant afford to go there too often, so at least you have enough time to forget the unpleasant experience between visits Lousy customer service and long queue.

Queue to get in and queue to get a sales assistant. No website to see the the items they sell and once at the store no prices displayed on the products. It would be easier if you just showed the prices and display products online. Workers all very helpful, the second I went in the staff were ready to help and went above and beyond to make the experience great.

Unexpectedly I had a rather pleasant experience on both my visits! Staffs were very friendly and attentive, especially the gentleman with a very old English accent. Very good service and very helpful always! It was a very nice visit in store. I had to queue to get into the store, which I found odd, particularly as the doorman gave no explanation for it and no indication as to how long customers might be waiting. You are literally left waiting out in the street with nowhere to shelter.

Staff were polite, but not particularly friendly. The impression I was left with is that they dont care very much about the customer experience. Extremely poor attitude and treatment at Goyard - its as as if its some-kind of privilege for you just to go in their store and look at their goods.

I was walking by the other day and thought the shop looked nice and decided to have a look. This is not the way to treat customers and this is not a luxury brand that acts this way, no style or class to be had in this shop - take you money elsewhere.

One of the worst shopping experiences i have ever had. Spent just some money on a bag with wear and tear just after 5 weeks in use! It took a lot of waiting, emails ect. It made the whole experience just awful. Personally i can not see where the luxury is at this point! Prices ridiculous. Bought bag three weeks ago. I let it ship to another country and payed 55 pounds! I was told it would take about three days. Well, a week after the shipping started the bag has still not arrived despite it being in the final destination city for 3 days.

So, after paying a lot of money for a bag and then a disproportionate amount for something that should be priority shipping I must the it doesnt own up to it. If its not the stores fault keeping the shipping money and using a servicd for ten pounds which would explain the lousy shipping then they should change the company they ship with.
